Nail Polish Review : Essie (Adore-a-ball)

Hey guys !!! Here's a little review of a nail polish by Essie in the color adore-a-ball :)

Alright so the polish is a nude color with a lot of pink in it. It could also be described as a pink.
It is really sheer so I had to apply several coats to get to the finish result. Even after 3 coats, it is still not a very opaque color. But you can still achieve a pretty decent color.

Next, I have nothing to say about the application. I love the brush and the fact that it doesn't leave a streaky finish to my manicure.

For the longevity is average.  After 2-3 days, I could see that the tips of my nails were chipped. Note that I had previously applied a base coat but NO top coat to really see how the polish would resist to my everyday life.

Over-all, great polish but there is still some progress to do. Obviously, it is a light color so I wasn't expecting it to be super opaque but for a drugstore nail polish that is more expensive than the others you can find there, I think that it is not really resistant to chipping.


Quick review:
Price: $$
Color opacity : 2/5 (for a light polish.)
Over-all application : 5/5

Longevity : 2/5 (I would suggest a top coat along with a base coat.)

I'm still in high school but my favorite subjects are science and math. I know: I'm a such nerd !

3. What's your favorite drink? 

That's going to be sooooo  long oups :$ I really really really love tea especially chai  but I enjoy most teas. Don't need to tell you that David's Tea is my favorite place in the world♥ When I go to Starbucks, I usually go for Chai latte, Green tea frappucino or Passion iced tea lemonade. They are so good !!!

4. What's your favorite song at the moment?

Blank space by Taylor Swift♥

5. What would you name your children?

I really like Mia for a girl and for boys , I like Thomas, Liam, Asher and Parker.

6. Do you participate in any sports?

Yes ! I play volleyball. I actually have a tournament this weekend !

7. What's your favorite book? 

It's a tie between Looking for Alaska and The Outsiders. 

8. What's your favorite color?

Black, grey and burgundy. They look so good together!

9. What's your favorite animal?

I don't really have one but any baby animal is freaking cute ♥

10. What's your favorite perfume?

Chanel Chance Eau Tendre

11. What's your favorite holiday?

Christmas for sure !!!

Nope. I'm still in high school :)

Yes :D

Yes! I'm French Canadian and I speak English too.
